I know what it feels like to seek community and guidance in this powerful AND overwhelming role as Therapist.

In graduate school, you and I learned how to research and think critically, but you likely learned how to succeed as an INDIVIDUAL in this field…which is not sustainable at all.

The cost of accessibility to mental health interventions and systems integration increases exponentially each year, and my intention is to provide spaces that support fellow clinicians in caring for clients whose needs may sometimes feel overwhelming. It is vulnerable to ask for help, and clients are not the only ones in the therapeutic relationship deserving of care and educational opportunities!

It is for this very reason that I decided to offer support in two forms:

  1. Clinician Consultations: Curated to support you through a specialized lens and informed by the wisdom of the mentors who came before me. The fee for this service is carefully calculated to provide meaningful guidance without contributing to burnout on my end, while also offering a more financially-accessible opportunity to receive specialized training.

  2. Wellness Social™: This FREE event invites Therapists in Southern California to connect in person with their communities. I created Wellness Social™ to creatively bypass the limitations of impacted Therapist directories, the pressure to commit to a provider after only a brief introduction, and our chronically online communities of Therapists who have never met each other in real life. Wellness Social™ exists because finding a Therapist shouldn’t be hard.

Continue to see if one of these supports could benefit you in your journey as a mental health care provider.

  • Clinician Consultations

Clinician Consultation allows for a deeper understanding of how countertransference between Therapist and Client may be both helping AND creating a power struggle within the therapeutic experience.

I offer individual consultation to mental health professionals including LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and students.

As someone with both lived and professional experience, I offer consultation on cases involving:

Clients who self-identify with or have a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder

Cases involving the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, approached through an Intersectional Feminist lens

Consultation can benefit Clinicians who may have questions regarding population-specific issues or are looking for advice on how to best work with co-occurring issues.

Please note: consultation is not meant to be psychotherapy.

  • Participate in a Wellness Social™

Are you exhausted from marketing yourself on every online platform you can think of, only to feel even MORE disconnected from the communities you wish to support AND fellow Therapists?

Wellness Social was created with connection in mind, because finding a Therapist AND finding peer support in an online world is TOUGH.

Every month, Therapists from all over Southern California are invited to table a 2-hour event, where you can:

Meet folks in your community who would otherwise not have access to a Therapist in the real world

Offer immediate answers to mental health questions, instead of waiting days or weeks for an email reply

Low-risk and low-pressure accessibility to knowledge and mental health connection is why we do what we do. In a world of disconnection, overwhelmed by online brain-rot and endless information, registering for a Wellness Social allows potential clients to meet their own vulnerability with yours.

Join us for some Human-to-Human connection! We do this together or not at all.
