This process group was created for clinicians who want deeper conversations about:

  • Countertransference

  • Defensiveness

  • Projection and Reenactment

  • Difficult Relational Dynamics

  • Shame Around “Hard” Clients

  • Burnout and Emotional Exhaustion

  • staying steady through relational intensity

This is not about becoming a Therapist who is “better” at not being affected by Clients. This about becoming better SUPPORTED through real, relational experiences in the therapy space.

Group Details:

This is an ongoing group with 4-week sign-up periods, designed to provide therapists with connection, support, and a space to deepen their understanding of working with clients with more “difficult” symptoms.

Upcoming 4-Week Session

Wednesdays, October 7th–October 28th 6:30–8:00 PM PST
90-minute weekly sessions facilitated by Sarah Floyd, LMFT & BPD Specialist

Investment:

  • $300 for the full 4-week commitment ($75 per 90-minute session)

  • $250 for associates who commit to the full 4 weeks ($50 off)

  • $90 for individual drop-in sessions

This group is not a clinical supervision group. It is open to both licensed and unlicensed therapists and is intended as adjunctive support rather than a replacement for formal supervision, particularly for those who are unlicensed.
