As kids, many of us were criticized instead of supported while learning. We were taught that it only mattered if we were good at it right away. Now, as adults, that belief can make even taking care of ourselves feel heavy or “not worth it.”
But here’s the truth: you are not hard to love. Doing the “hard things” isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing your Inner Child and Adult Self that they can trust you, even when it’s not easy.
This month, we’ll practice leaning into choice, grace, and compassion so you can keep showing up for yourself, especially when the task feels hard.
