  • What is Wellness Social?

Wellness Social is an in-person community event, open free to the public, aimed at fostering a low-stress and low-risk opportunity for our local communities to meet therapists and gain access to mental health care.

Founded in Long Beach, California Wellness Social is currently focusing on expansion into other areas of Southern California.

  • Why Wellness Social?

Sarah Floyd (She/They) is a Licensed Therapist and private practice owner out of Southern CA. Both a mental health advocate and community organizer, Sarah’s vision for joining the professional mental health community has always brought her back to the question, “but how can I integrate curated and safe spaces to break the accessibility barriers to finding a Therapist AND regaining power over the healing experience?” By surrounding themselves for years with powerful therapeutic voices both from their inner circle of colleagues AND their own personal Therapist, Sarah is ready to share her community vision for this monthly, accessible, and FREE community offering: Wellness Social!

We at Wellness Social invite you to follow along and join us as we continue to expand and hold reverence for the power of healing in community and showing up as advocates for the social integration of mental health healing.

We do this together or not at all.

  • We believe that finding the right therapist should be a low-effort and low-risk experience for clients. Unfortunately, many obstacles often hinder prospective clients from connecting with therapists effectively. Join us at The Wellness Social, where we aim to bridge the gap between therapists and clients in a stress-free and inviting atmosphere.
