Individual therapy is a space for you to explore your feelings, needs and expectations of both yourself and those you let into your sacred space. Therapy is supposed to be about you, and this may include parts of you that you aren’t ready to see just yet. Know that individual therapy is a safe space to get curious about your hidden parts as an alternative to shame and criticism.
Clinician Consultation allows for a deeper understanding of how countertransference between Therapist and Client may be BOTH helping AND creating a power struggle within the therapeutic experience. I offer individual consultation to mental health professionals including LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and students. As someone with both lived and professional experience, I offer consultation on cases involving clients who self-identify with/have a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as cases involving the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities through an Intersectional Feminist lens. Consultation can benefit Clinicians who may have questions regarding population-specific issues, and/or are looking for advice on how to best work with co-occurring issues. Please know that consultation is not meant to be psychotherapy. If you are interested, please reach out!

Individual Therapy: $205 with some sliding scale availability.
Consultation: $200

I accept payment through IvyPay (HIPAA compliant). Payment is received at beginning of each scheduled appointment.
Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged for a full session fee if you do not cancel within 24 hours.
Do you take Insurance?
I do not accept insurance. I can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt of services) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your health insurance provider to learn about your coverage and reimbursements rates. You may also want to ask about your deductible before you are able to receive a reimbursement.
Do you offer reduced fees for sessions?
For those in financial need, I do have a limited number of reduced-fee spots (weekly basis only). If you have financial concerns and would like to discuss reduced fees, we can discuss this during a free 15 minute consultation.
